The good thing about writing a weblog is that I don't care about it: I just write what's on my mind.
e.g., I wanted to see again Torch Song Trilogy this week end, and instead I watched Mystery Men.
No problem to produce such crap. On the other hand, writing a story even without great expectation means character background, some sense of continuity, even a slice of suspense to make the story worth a read. Of course a bon mot is always welcome, but hard to produce on demand (if not, I would be a famous columnist instead of a second-class coder). In other words: fiction means WORK.

Got a new member to my loser-center mailing list. I can't decide if the guy is serious or not. Hopefully he will leave soon, afraid of the silence !

I guess that I deserved my bad saturday since I was so obsessed with my actions. And anyway we catched up later, before I read her diary and realised that I was out of touch. But to my defense, we did much more in the bathroom and she was not complaining about the cold air.    Today at work, during lunch, one coworker asked us when was the last time you were in love? and everyone laughed and said now then she said no, really in love, with the warmth inside your chest, the will to do something, anything to someone else, just by love and she said that she decided to have a child to never forget that feeling, because she is sure that she will be able to love her child the rest of her life, and she was not so sure about her significant other. It's funny, it was like a channel change, from Will and Grace to some interesting stuff on PBS. The rest of the lunch was quiet, like if everyone was thinking about it.

I have a name recognition problem: maybe I should hire an agency to redesign my costume, or even change my name to something flashier? Is Supperman such a bad name? The fact is that I was trying to help and I got ejected quite quickly by the security, because I looked like a jerk in costume, not like someone that could give a hand. I guess that people have still a problem to accept a real super-hero, no matter what you see on tv or movie. You know that movie with Jesus coming back and no one believing him. I feel like that, except I'm no Jesus, just someone a bit more different that the usual citizen, and willing to use that difference to do good.
Supperman April 09

The problem with the Daily Exploit of Supperman is that there is a fine line between a real fact and the parodic usage of that event. Like a french humorist said "You can mock everything, just not with everyone".
