CNN has learned that topless pictures of new hire Andrea Thompson are floating around the Internet, and now the network "might be backing away" from its decision to put her in the newsreader's chair, reports the Industry Standard. CNN bosses seem especially troubled by Thompson's nude scenes in Manhattan Gigolo, a 1986 Italian erotic film. Caterina has a problem with chaos, and I was thinking of my use of chaos as a brain stimulator and a serendipity booster . That triggered a memory, of course, about an Apple ][ drawing program that has a bug and allowed superposition of brush: 90% of the time it was rubbish, but I discovered that with font, it was possible to create interesting new images; it was a digital equivalent of watching the wallpaper or the clouds in the sky and imagining Dragon, old ladies and lost islands.
